St. Paul Midway Local Food Resource Hub

This is a new Hub for the upcoming season, and the first in St. Paul!

Upcoming Events:

Meetings will be held on the third Monday of the month from 7-8pm at the Hamline Midway Library, 1558 W. Minnehaha Ave, St. Paul, MN 55104. The next meeting will be held on Monday, March 19. 

April 14th: Seed and cold crop distribution
May 19th: Warm-weather crop distribution

Both distributions will be from 9am-12 noon at Griggs Recreation Center/Leonardo's Basement, 1188 Hubbard Ave, St. Paul, MN 55104. This will be a family-friendly event, and there will be refreshments and children's activities with Leonardo's Basement!

Classes:

Transform your urban space or community garden plot into a vibrant gardenthat feeds your family. No experience necessary! Ramsey County MasterGardeners will lead interactive workshops that take you from planning your garden to harvesting. All classes are held from 6:30-8:00 pm at Mississippi Market, 1500 West 7th Street.

April 16 & 30: Planning your garden & preparing your soil
May 14 Growing vegetables
June 4 Gardening in small spaces
June 18 Dealing with pests: bugs & weeds
